Elena Papavasileiou was born in Aachen, Germany and grew up in Athens, Greece. She is an actress. So far Elena has participated in 4 theatrical plays,
13 TV series and 4 short films. She has been working as a radio producer
and presenter in major radio stations in Athens for 10 years.
She is one of the most well-known voices in radio and TV spots.
In 2009 she held the leading role in the theatrical play
"The Bitter Tears Of Petra Von Kant" of Rainer Werner Fassbinder
and later in the same year she held the leading role in the theatrical play "Chrysothemis" of the famous Greek poet Yannis Ritsos.
From September 2008 until June 2009 she was producing and presenting
the radio show "Mission Possible" on CITY 99.5.
"Keep On Acting", her first music compilation,
was released on the 22nd of December 2008.
All proceeds from the album went to ActionAid Hellas. -
Elena attended Mechanical Engineering
in the Polytechnic School of Aachen, Germany.
She studied acting in the "Theatre Studio"
and "The Theatre Οf Changes" in Athens, Greece.
She has participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus for 2 consecutive years. She has been accredited as a publicist in an American Short Film
at the 60th Cannes Film Festival.
So far Elena has participated in 4 theatrical plays

2009 "The Bitter Tears Of Petra Von Kant", 2009-2010 "Chrysothemis"),
13 TV series and 4 short films.
She is a member of HAU (Hellenic Actors Union).
